New supes take their seats
Efren Carrillo is sworn in by former Assemblyman Art Torres as one of two new supervisors seated to the Sonoma County elected body Tuesday morning. Carrillo becomes the first Latino member of the five-person board, that also includes newcomer Shirlee Zane. READ MORE
